Custom Engraved Plaques
Offer the look of professional awards but can be customized for any occasion. They are a great choice for high school awards, sports and academic awards, corporate awards and so much more.
Our custom plaques are made from a board with a plate attached to the front. Although most plaques are designed to be hung on a wall, we also offer stand up plaques. Customers can choose from Individual (one time event) or Perpetual (Info added periodically) styled plaques. The inscription on the plates can either be laser engraved or sublimated.

Laser Engraved Plaques
To add color to custom laser engraved plaques, we can add an optional colorful, extra back plate behind the front plate. circular emblem are another way color can be added to the plate.
Metal plate/text colors: Black/gold Black/silver
Sublimated Plaques
Fifth Avenue Award plaques can be sublimated onto White, Gold, Silver, or Bronze metal. Colors printed onto white result in the most vivid colors and is a great color to use with colored photos.

Perpetual Plaques
Our perpetual plaques can be customized to meet your needs and offer two main types of perpetual plaques. One type of plaque adds nameplates one at a time while the other perpetual style have all the information on one large plate that is replaced each time new names and information is added.
